Steps to follow to link your ATS with Findem

Setup Process

Here's a step by step configuration guide, to connect Findem with Workday. Before you begin -

You need to complete the prerequisites mentioned in this document before you begin with the setup process in Findem.

Step 1: Connect an ATS

You can navigate to the Integrations page and initiate the ATS integration process. Alternatively, you can select a job search and click on 'Connect ATS'.

Step 2: Enter Workday credentials

You can fetch the details from Workday as mentioned here.

Step 3: Setup Complete

Once the set up process is complete,

Findem will import the following from your ATS

• Job applications

• Candidates

• ATS Users

Findem will export Candidate details to your ATS:

• Candidate profiles, attachments and notes

Configure Export Options

Once the integration is setup, you can link the Job Searches in Findem with Jobs in ATS, learn more here.

Manage Integration

Once the integration is setup, you can control how the integration works from the 'Manage Integrations' page.
