Candidate Export Options

Once the ATS is linked, you can connect a Candidate Search in Findem to a Job in your ATS.

Link Job

Make sure you link all your Jobs to a Job in ATS for up-to date export process.

Candidate Export

Select a Job Search > click on Connect ATS icon to load the export config options screen.

Automatic Candidate Export

Findem exports Candidates assigned to a campaign automatically. Details of the candidates who responded to the email outreach can be exported based on their reply -

• Interested

• Not right now

• Not interested

• Interested, not a match

• Has a referral

• Any response

Export Candidates as Prospect/ Applicants

You can choose to create Candidates in your ATS as Prospects or Applicants.

This depends on the permissions setup in your ATS.

Findem can export Candidates as Prospects to Lever, Greenhouse and Smartrecruiters only at moment.

Export Candidates on Demand (manual)

In case you want to export details of a Candidate on need-basis, you can choose the 'Manual' option.

Once configured, you can navigate to the Shortlist section > select a Candidate > and choose to export to ATS.

Exclude Candidates

You can exclude Candidates who have been active in your recruiting cycle (ATS) in the past months. In order to do so, check the Exclude ATS Candidates option and enter the <no. of months> to exclude from Export.

Talent (ATS) Users Import

Your Talent team Users present in Findem and Users imported from your ATS will be matched based on their email address.

• For hiring attribution purposes, make sure the users are not deleted in both systems.

• User permissions should not be updated in your ATS once integrated (otherwise can result in an error)
