Steps to follow to link your ATS with Findem

Setup Process

Here's a step by step configuration guide, to connect Findem with Greenhouse.

Before you begin -

You need to complete the prerequisites mentioned here before you begin with the setup process in Findem.

Step 1: Connect ATS

You can navigate to the Integrations page and initiate the set up process, 'Connect ATS' -> select 'Greenhouse Harvest'. Alternatively, you can select a Job Search and click on 'Connect ATS'.

Step 2: Enter credentials

The API key generated in Greenhouse should be pasted here.

Step 3: Setup Complete

Once the set up process is complete,

Findem will import the following from your ATS

• Job applications

• Candidates

• ATS Users

Findem will export Candidate details to your ATS:

• Candidate profiles, attachments and notes
