Prerequisites

To connect Lever with Findem, you need a Lever API key.

NOTE: To generate or view an API key you will need SuperAdmin access in your Lever account.

Step 1: Login to your Lever account, navigate to the > click on Generate New API Key.

Step 2: Add a name in the Key Name field.

Step 3: Copy the API key and paste it in a document securely.

This is the one and only time that this API key will be accessible.

If you lose the key, you have to disable the integration and repeat the steps again to generate a new API Key.

Step 4: Update permissions

Select the minimum required permissions for the API key as shown below

Read Endpoints

List Users

List Postings

List Opportunities

Read Opportunity Note

Read Opportunity Application

Read Archive Reason

List Stages

List Opportunity Feedback

Write Endpoints

Create Opportunity

Update Opportunity Stage

Update Opportunity Archived

Click Done and save your changes.

You are now ready to set up the integration in Findem.
