Steps to follow to link your ATS with Findem

Setup Process

Here's a step by step configuration guide, to connect Findem with Lever.

Before you begin -

You need to complete the prerequisites mentioned here before you begin with the setup process in Findem.

Step 1: Connect ATS

You can navigate to the Integrations page and initiate the set up process, 'Connect ATS' -> select 'Lever'. Alternatively, you can select a Job Search and click on 'Connect ATS'.

Step 2: Enter credentials

The API key generated in Lever should be pasted here.

Step 3: Begin Import/Export

In a few minutes, the initial sync will run and be complete.

Findem will import the following

• Job applications

• Candidates

• ATS Users

Findem will export to your ATS:

• Candidate profiles, attachments and notes.

Configure Export Options

Once the integration is setup, you can link the Job Searches in Findem with Jobs in ATS, learn more here.

Manage Integration

Once the integration is setup, you can control how the integration works from the 'Manage Integrations' page.
