ATS Rediscovery

Silver Medalists, Potential Leaders, Reengage warm connections

You have great candidates in your ATS who can be a treasure trove of talent such as silver medalists or other qualified candidates waiting to be reengaged.

Note: ATS Rediscovery is supported for Greenhouse and Smartrecruiters at this point. We will be adding support for additional ATS at the earliest.

Using Findem's CRM, you can search for candidates from your ATS and find previously engaged and qualified candidates who were in the application process at some point. This is the perfect way for every sourcer/recruiter to build a pipeline.

Use Case 1: Silver Medalists

Silver medalists are candidates who made it to the final stage of hiring, but could not convert for some reasons. However, that does not mean that these candidates are not skilled or qualified for the position. Hence, silver medalists prove to be a great starting point and enrich the talent pool as these are pre-screened candidates.

Findem enables you to add silver medalists automatically from your ATS to a campaign and match them to open requisitions based on skills and behavioral attributes.

Previously engaged candidates are also more likely to respond to new opportunities as you have a relationship and they are already enthusiastic about working with your company.

Use Case 2: Senior Candidates for Leadership

If you're searching for Engineering Managers, you can search for senior software engineers who interviewed a few years ago, since they may have been moved up or become eligible.

Once you've narrowed your search results down to a list of candidates you want to reengage, just add them to a campaign and begin the outreach.
