Integration Workflow

Once you have selected a system to integrate with and provided the details for connection, Findem will start to import and export candidate and related data, here's a step-by-step workflow.

Sync Frequency

• Export runs every 10 mins.

• Import runs every 1 hour

Steps in the Workflow

2. Import ATS users to Findem

3. Import ATS Jobs to Findem

4. Import ATS Stages (optional)

5. Import Candidates and their Job Applications

6. Export Candidate profile information

7. Export Candidate notes

8. Export of candidate attachments

Candidate Import

The candidates ingested from ATS are mapped to candidates in Findem.

Candidates are matched based on

• Email address

• LinkedIn

• Github

• Twitter

If a match is not found, then the following will be considered:

• Name

• Work Experience

If a match is still not found, Findem will create dummy profiles and complete the process.
