Steps to follow to link your ATS with Findem

Setup Process

Here's a step by step configuration guide, to connect Findem with SmartRecruiters.

Before you begin -

You need to complete the prerequisites mentioned here before you begin with the setup process in Findem.

Step 1: Connect ATS

You can navigate to the Integrations page and initiate the set up process, 'Connect ATS' -> select 'SmartRecruiters'. Alternatively, you can select a Job Search and click on 'Connect ATS'.

Step 2: Enter credentials

The API key generated in SmartRecruiters should be pasted here.

Step 3: Begin Import/Export

In a few minutes, the initial sync will run and be complete.

Findem will import the following:

• Job applications

• Candidates

• ATS Users

Findem will export to your ATS:

• Candidate profiles, attachments and notes.

Manage Integration

Once the integration is setup, you can control how the integration works from the 'Manage Integrations' page.
